Program Description: Our accounting program provides students with knowledge of the basic principle of accounting and its application in the financial world. Areas covered by the program include cost accounting, managerial accounting, budgeting, cost-volume-profit analysis, taxation and financial market projections. Our student will have first-hand experience of the accounting in the real world since they will be attached to an accounting firm during the duration of studies and sail through chartered institutes unscathed. Program Description: This program offers students opportunity of gaining vast knowledge and competence in organizing, planning, directing and controlling the functions and processes in a business or firm. They well be skilled in the application of managerial principles on human resources. Important fields of study include accounting, statistics, economics, social responsibility, entrepreneurship as well as the use of modern management and administrative softwares. Program Description: This course offers integral knowledge in modern principle of economics. Program Description: This program offers a highly integrated study on Christian religion. The course provides students with vast knowledge of Christian religious traditions, institutions, beliefs, histories, cultures and practices, as well as Christianity’s interaction with other religions of the world. It spans the history of Christianity with emphasis on comparative religious studies-Buddhism, Islam, African Traditional Religion- studies in Old and New Testaments, ancient religious texts, ancient languages -Greek, Hebrew, Aramaic, Latin, Arabic- and anthropology. Students will gain competence in providing diplomatic services in ecumenism and inter religious dialogue. They will also find unquestionable relevance in forming public opinion on religious matters, in public service and education. UTME subjects are: English, Religious Studies and two other subjects. Program Description: Our philosophy program has a standing record of churning out great minds and thinkers in philosophy. It equips students with the tools of being creative and analytic with both ancient and modern thoughts. The course covers key areas of philosophy including epistemology, metaphysics, African philosophy, ethics, logic, philosophy of Law and Language. More so, students will be exposed to the “who is who in philosophy” which include Plato, Aristotle, Augustine, Aquinas, Kant, Russell, Descartes. This knowledge which enhances critical, analytic and communicative capacities enables graduates a more fruitful participation in public life and opens up opportunities to a wide range of careers including jurisprudence, public service and education.
