The faculty and staff of the Department Physical and Mathematical Science are glad that you have taken the time to visit our web site.
The department is young, yet we strive to achieve unrivalled high quality education in the sciences with our exciting and innovative undergraduate courses. Our courses provides a solid grounding in both the practical and theoretical aspects, they have been specifically designed to be demanding and intellectually challenging, and additionally they are scientifically, technologically and industrially relevant.
Networking is a key to our success, and we pride ourselves on maintaining close connections with our students and their potential employers, as well as our research partners across all research disciplines (locally, nationally and internationally). We take into consideration the requirements of our partners in industry and government departments in the development of our curriculum to ensure our graduates meets the current realities in our ever-changing world.
