Brief Description The Bursary Department is the administrative arm of the University
concerned with financial and accounting functions. It is headed by a
Bursar who is the Chief Financial Officer of the University. His main
duties include advising the Vice-Chancellor on the day-to-day
administration and control of the University’s funds, formulating
financial policies, preparing budget and budgetary controls to safeguard
the financial resources of the University.

Had secondary education at the Federal Government College (FGC) Maiduguri, Borno State
Studied Library Science at the University of Maiduguri
Observed the National Youth Service programme at Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism in Oyo State secretariat, Ibadan
Proceeded for further studies at the University of Ibadan Library school where she bagged an MLIS degree
Currently running a PhD in school media programme at the University of Ibadan
Worked as an ad-hoc staff at Kenneth Dike Library, University of Ibadan
Worked as a Chief Librarian for years at the Dominican Institute Ibadan
Became the pioneer University Librarian at the Dominican University Ibadan
Trained over 100 students from different library schools across the country on industrial attachment
Knowledgeable in Library database development
Designed and developed library management databases for libraries
Offer library consultancy services to many theological libraries
